Welcome to Lhama's World

Hello, dear visitor. Welcome to my website! Before discussing the content of this website, let me first briefly introduce myself: my name is Cecilia Abreu. I am a 26 years old girl and I live in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I love to write, learn difficult languages, draw and travel. I am currently studying Journalism, but I am already graduated in Graphic Design at PUC-Rio. I have varied interests in other topics, most notably are photography, chronicles and poetry. Several of these interests are highlighted on this website.

The name Lhama News came from a travelling inspiration around South America. Lhamas are cute and quiet animals that can spit really far away when they are pissed off. Many Peruvian and Bolivian people create these animals like a dog.

The Inca civilization used to adore the black lhamas. They considered the black ones as an holy type, something unique. They also used to sacrify some of them to the their Gods.

Well, enough of lhamas for now...

This site is still under construction and 99% in portuguese, so be patient.

At this very first moment, the main purpose of this space is to be a kind of virtual portfolio. Here, I intent to place my thoughts, some journalistic works, poetries, cronichles, illustrations...and of course... many photos.

Feel free to send me suggestions and tips about travellings, drawings, design, good places to go or about Journalism.

If you are also interested in learning a little bit about Brazil or my language (portuguese and not spanish as many people think), it will be a pleasure for me to help you out.

Welkom op Lhama's Wereldje

De leukste site voor het grappigste aan het Nederlands geschreven

Mijn naam is Cecilia Abreu. Ik ben een meisje uit Rio de Janeiro, Brazilië en welkom op mijn webspace. Ik heb er Nog niet veel aan gedaan, maar dat komt vanzelf. Ik geniet momenteel met volle teugen van het leven. Ik ben een positief ingesteld persoon die met de dag leeft. Ik hou van Lhamas (de dieren uit Peru en Bolivie), reizen en ben onlangs nog naar Nederlands geweest. Ik houd ook van nieuwe moeilijke talen leren, anders dan Portugees.

Ik ben single, zonder kinderen en Ik werk nu zo’n 5 maanden als een reporter bij lokale kranten.
Op deze site zal ik proberen wat informatie over Journalistiek werk en studieren te posten. Ik zal proberen een beetje inzicht te geven in Fotografie, Tekening en het Design wereldje.

Ik houd van Holland en ik hoop daar spoedig terug te komen.
ik denk dat het moeilijkste ding in het Nederlands de uitspraak is. Het is een beetje gemakkelijker schrijven dan spreken.

Ik zal ook houden van informaties over cursussen in Holland om het Nederlands te leren. Soms is het niet zo leuk om het Nederlands alleen te leren... alleen, alleen, niet zo gezellig.
